MOVIE HORROR STORIES

The Bloody Face
by Nirvanaliz23

This one I heard from a friend of a friend, it might be a bit of an urban legend but here we go ... this lady goes to the cinema to see a horror movie.  Halfway though the *really* scary film she realizes her nose is running and she hasn't got any tissue so she wipes her nose with her sleeve.  Anyway, the movie finishes and the lights go up, the lady gets up to leave when she hears a scream from behind her ... followed by more screams from other cinema goers who are now standing and pointing at her in utter fright.  It turns out the lady had a nosebleed and during the course of the very scary horror film she had proceeded to wipe the blood all over her face. Apparently this is true...

Johnny: I've gotta admit, this does indeed sound like an urban legend. Whenever a story is from "a friend of a friend," you can't help but be skeptical. But I looked at Snopes (a famous urban legend website) and they didn't have anything about it. Personally, I don't know how the lady wouldn't feel blood all over her face, but maybe it was Joan Rivers and she couldn't feel anything on her plastic face. Anybody ever heard this one before?

Moral of the Story: Play it safe and always keep a tissue handy.
